I went down to the river with two new friends where we undressed and posed like gods in the water - not the ambitious gods but the ones who are never mentioned because they are slackers and don't worry about such hang-ups as men pushing rocks up hills or those old things. Ah, the water came by and we sat in it sometimes. The woman lounged across the warm rocks. I leaned against stone.
Seems like the key to dealing with kids at 9-11 is being excited and, as in improv, accepting every offer and running with it.
In other news, my cousin passed away today. I will miss him much. I stumbled down to the woods when some people started singing some sad songs and cried for a little while. His family is older all of a sudden and in his absence.
