So they're releasing a Game Master's Screen an an adventure. Which is cool. Totally picking that up. But if you notice the second entry: EP GM Screen Hack Pack. You get the InDesign files that were used to put the GM screen together!
For those of you who don't know what InDesign is, its a professional layout/book editing software that sadly, not many people have access to but still, the though counts. Having access to these files means that people can effectively create their own GM screen layout with custom tables as needed. Of course they still have the problem of getting them printed but since the screen is under CCL, its legal to do so as long as you don't sell it.
