Yes! A release date has been set! This is the second RPG I've been looking forward to for a very long time. (The first was Eclipse Phase). Now we have a date, Dresden Fans! June 23, 2010!!!! Origins!
It uses the Fate system, which has been an indie RPG hit for several years now according to the podcast archives I've been listening to. I'm very curious about the system and while I was considering picking up Spirit of the Century just to see what the system is like but eh.
So someone is going to have to play this game with me at least once. Preferably running them.
If this news is getting repeated a little late I apologize. I spent most of the weekend working on my own RPG book for Ruminant Productions. We're getting insanely close to sending it off to the publishers. Just for some shameless self-promotion:
