Simone's Notes:
Can our dreams be messages to us to do something? Some prophets and saints emerge from angels sending them messages in dreams. Joseph was told to stay be a pregnant Mary’s side through an angel in a dream. Kings and queens have called on priests and priestesses to interpret out their dreams for the future. Dream messages can be a good plot device to a story. But sometimes, they can be misused or misinterpreted. Some nutters have committed crimes due to “dreams” they had. So, one should be careful not to follow our dreams to closely.
I had a weird dream last night. I was in a bar waiting for my date to show up. Suddenly, someone called out to me. I turned to see Col. Gates with a huge stick in his hands. He looked pretty bad. Confused, I asked him what he was doing here. He said, "Nothing personal, really." Then, he knocked me out. I woke up in a prison cell. Gates was sitting outside writting something. He had taken and destroyed my gloves. I was actually afraid for the first time in years. I cried out what did he want from me. He replied that he was surprised that I didn't understand. Then, Gates left me to figure it out on my own. I looked down to find his note in my hands. It said: "Re-open My Case." I woke up sweating. Usually, I don't pay much attention to my dreams, but this one felt so real. So, I went down to the prison and paid Gates a visit. He told me the whole story. He remembered any doubts from my head about his innocence and I was convinced to get him back out again. On my way out, Jez attacked me and warn me not to re-open the case or he would have me court-masharlled. Right there, I had the evidence I needed to re-open the case. I broke away from Jez and left. I convinced Hughes to join me and he agreed. So now, we are waiting for the results.
