So, as I know many of my f-list are travellers, veggie/vegans or some combination thereof...
We're going to Indianapolis in a few days, and as usual, I am looking to buy food for both the trip down and back as well as in-hotel meals, and on-the-go snacks (lunch happens while you're moving at cons, usually). The key thing for actual dishes is the ability to eat them cold. I'm thinking of making a pad thai, as mine is usually pretty decent even cold, or soba noodle salad or both - trying to get away from pasta salads for once. All-Bran bars and cereal bars along with portable fruit is also on the list.
So yeah, any suggestions are welcome! I've found eating veggie difficult in some parts of the US, so I might be eating out of the cooler more often than not. :P
