Just wrote an entry running a good page or two, but came to the conclusion that there was no reason to post it; Writing it down was the important part.
miscellanea:
school: 2 exams today. One tonight. Not ready. Another tomorrow morning. Req 250+ pages reading = no sleep tonight.
sleep: didn't last night. valerian root no longer works. out of whisky, so valerian/whisky/sleeping pill combo not an option. exercise not helping either. only other possible option may be taking lots of caffeine in the morning to ensure evening burnout, but I'm willing to bet this would just result in me waking up in the middle of the night. learning to appreciate the sleepless pink around eyes. Aside from concentration issues the lack of sleep isn't allowing muscles to heal (I be sore. wah.).
health: try to get in an hour of cardio 3 times a week or more, but schedule screws this over now and then. Still doing wu dao 3 days a week (can't tonight though. exam. bastards). Modern arnis = fun (good for coordination, wrist strength, etc). nutrition class causing me to rework current diet (lacked protein mainly); this was actually my reason for picking up wine now and then too (phytochemicals).
mental: little chaotic at present. no sleep = less focus. procrastination once again becoming crippling. curses. not depressed, just lacking direction. Lack of direction => lack of motivation => more procrastination => stress (possible reason for lack of sleep).
financial: haven't gotten in touch with main boss in 4 months or so. Student loan floating me at the moment. New side projects popping up, but until procrastination issue dealt with they may have to wait. May get a joe-job purely for social benefits later.
etc: p2p networks have been blocked recently. Send new music via AIM for cookies and sexual favors. Setting up ssh tunnel on server (1000GB throughput, mind you) once I get the chance to bypass this idiocy.
Back to the campus to prep for exam...
