The way my head-canon goes is that Kurt either must be extremely badass to face both Flash and Kid Flash with his sais and must be associated with the rogues. They call Flash 'Flasher' on occasion hence 'mini-flasher' OR
completely independent and runs into him from time to time. Still calls him mini-flasher though and I'm glad you liked it!
