[The video opens, showing Rukia in a bedroom of some sort. It isn't her own, however, as there is nothing familiar on the walls nor the bed. It seems cold, nothing standing out or making itself known within the location. She's wearing a kimono, and although she smiles, you can tell by the look in her eyes that something isn't right.]
For those who were wondering as to why I have been unreachable for the past few days... there's been an incident on my world. As a result, I have been forced to reside within the head clan's residence until further notice.
There is no need for concern, if you're worried. I'm fine-
[Her announcement is interrupted as a servant comes into view.]
Kuchiki-dono, that man who came the other day is here. He insists he needs to see-
[Rukia interrupts her, looking away.]
Tell him I don't want to see him. Just like yesterday.
But, Kuchiki-dono-
I said, I don't want to see him!
[The servant bows and sighs before mentioning something.]
Yes, Kuchiki-dono. But if I may say something?
[Rukia turns back to her, nodding and waiting for her to respond. The servant smiles a little sadly, but continues.]
Forgive me for my rudeness, Kuchiki-dono- but you've been here for two days, and have yet to leave this room. Don't you want to come out? Explore the gardens or partake in having tea with Jii-sama? I'm sure he would enjoy your company.
[At first, there's no response, just a hurt look in Rukia's eyes as she tries to find the right words to say. But then, she shakes her head, and closes her eyes.]
No. This is my prison. I will stay here and serve my punishment, as Nii-sama believes I need to serve it for disappointing him.
[There's only silence that follows, as the servant takes her leave, and Rukia finally looks back into the camera. She gives an embarrassed look, but begins speaking again. Her voice, however, is shakier than before.]
A-as I was saying... there is no- no need for concern... no need... I... I'm...
[But you can see it, in her face, and in her eyes. She's trying to hold back a lot of emotions, and failing horribly. Tears streak down her face as she quickly tries to hide the fact that she's crying. The feed ends right after, but not before you can spot a look of total loneliness and hurt, the screen going black before everything cuts out.]
