I've never had such a fun, yet hypothermic, day as Tuesday.
Monday night I had gone out to Ann Arbor after spending the day with people and having Bill perform his Kirby presentation. It was late-ish as usual, somewhere around 9:00 P.M. when I actually got around to leaving after taking the time to get ready, pack my bag and feed the equine.
It had been several months since I've seen Dominik, I think since July, which is really depressing because I had forgotten what kind of person he was. Kind of ridiculous how different the two of us are but yet how well we seem to get along. I haven't quite yet figured out what is there between us besides photoshoots and passionate sex. We are both artists, he's a photographer, an awesome one at that, and I'm drawing artist type artist, who isn't really as good as a lot of the people out there but is better than a lot of people out there. But it doesn't matter to me really because everytime we see each other, it's like things just pick up right where they left off. He and I acted the same way towards each other just like back in the summer. You think time would deminish *sp?* that but it really didn't and I was amazed by that.
Anyway, the main reason I came down there was to model for him. For a project that he is in the process of working on. I can't quite explain what exactly is going on besides something relating between angels and...yeah, if you were to see his quote, unquote, "phase 1" then you would understand.
It's not just the project that made me want to visit him. It was the fact that even after months have pasted, I still found myself wanting to be close to him, to feel him, to smell him, to actually fall asleep and wake up with the same person next to you.
Back to the photoshoot. Took place in an abandonded, three storycommercial building in Depot Town, Ypsilanti. It was a nude photo shoot and the temperature in the building was, I'm estimating, around 35 to 40 degrees fairenheight. Not the greatest conditions for a nude photo shoot but I didn't really complain because modeling is very entertaining for me.
It was the first time I have done any nude modeling, not that I've done a huge amount of modeling but regardless, no nudity. It's strange, but modeling nude is so much easier to do than modeling with clothes on. I'm not quite sure how that works out but it does. Plus I was very comfortable with the photographer, considering Dom and I have been naked numerous times prior to the photo shoot. I enjoyed myself.
Unfortunately my day did go slightly sour when my car battery died from me not turning off my inside lights. We tried our hardest to find someone with jumper cables but not a single person had one. How ridiculous is it that it is impossible to find jumper cables, they should be in ever car but they're not. We called a truck and now I'm poor.
