Ow. that hurt
aural skills kicked me in the ass today. the rhythmic dictation in 6-8 so totally was beyond me. and I did all of the minor melodic dication a third to low. gaaaaaah
calculus test okay. looked at answer key, did two blatantly not quite right at all. one was a stupid mistake. otherwise, not too bad. eager for score.
my trumpet professor is awesome. we had studio lunch today and my lesson was right after so we walked back to the con and tolk jokes. he dreams up jokes. literally. and they're funny, bad music ones. visual, though, so I can't tell them here.
great lesson, too. but I have 22 etudes to play by next tuesday.
