My family got into a huge, long screaming match last night. I thought my parents were going to attack each other, they were so angry.
The great part: the fight was about rolls.
Yes, rolls. My parents yelled for over half an hour about bread.
And the award for dysfuntional family of the year goes to....
So, there's going to be a High Fidelity musical. Which I already knew. But after listening to Norbert Leo Butz singing the song "Desert Island" from the musical (and no, he's not going to be in the show, he just did a preview recording of one of the songs), I have to say...I like it a lot. This is news to me, as all previous mentions of the High Fidelity musical have made me want to spork somebody. I conclude that this is because A) NLB could sing The Ants Go Marching One By One for all I care, and I'd still love it, or B) The show is actually going to be--shudder, gasp--GOOD. It's going to preview in Boston; maybe I'll go.
Now, I have to go to a driving hour. Won't that be fun.
