i guess i should update, its been almost a week.
okay heres the lowdown....
monday...pretty boring...but i gave a certain someone a certain necklace with a warning that they dont wear jewelry...and they put it on! and i was happy.
tuesday-more boring than monday. school was pointless.
wednesday-merry christmas eve. spent all afternoon with the Amers doing last minute christmas shopping and exchanging best friend presents. it was fun. she got me a kitty and stars hat. i LoVe it. (i got 3 hats for christmas, but its my fave!) christmas eve service at my church...booooring. but there was another gift exchange. i love buying things for people, even though im flat broke and couldnt even afford to fill my gas tank in my car. oh well.
Thursday...Christmas. minus the sheer afternoon boredom, it was a nice day. 6:30 naps are the best EVER. ;-) hmm what did i get? a few nice sweaters, a scarf, some very pretty diamond earrings (i think my parents want me to start dressing more sophisticated...hah like thats gonna happen anytime soon muahaha), zebra print sheets, and cash for a new car stereo which i will be picking up on monday. woo hoo.
Friday woke up early to go shopping with the mother, picked out my stereo and bought a few cds. went hope and slept for a little while before showering and heading off to work. work was really slow. the "door drama" made up for some of the time though. and something else. :-) dan came in to ask if i wanted to go ice skating him, brandon, and brandons really nice girlfriend amanda. of course i accepted. so he picked me up at 8:30 and we headed out there. unfortunately the place was closing too soon, but we did see nikki and alex, and eric and sarah there. so we left and drove around, ending up at target for like 20 min. things were wonderful at target. :-) and now i have plans for tomorrow.
Saturday (today) work was long...and slow. luckily it was jens smiling face this morning and not the boss. phew. heather and i always have fun workin together. "no seriously heather, this kid outside the window!" "dee you always are starin at the people outside the window" :heather you had to see this, i mean all 'Pinked' (not to be confused with punked) out! hot pink pants, skateboard, wheels and shoelaces! it was like a matching set!" "dee wheres your camera when you need it!?" that doesnt seem funny to anyone..you had to be there. the facial expressions gave it away. Dan came to visit me too. :-) it was good times all around.
that about sums up the last week for me. prospective plans for tomorrow...movie and...? who knows what. as long as we are together.
