Hello, Mister Tseng. How will your experience assist the people in the City, especially during times of curses?

I've had to deal with any number of crises at home. Compared to some of them, the admittedly few curses I've seen have been fairly tame. However, in the case of any curse, I would seek to ensure the well-being of the populace through whatever means necessary.

And what means is that?

It would depend on the curse, and its nature. If people were a danger to themselves and others, they would be moved to a place where they would be unable to do so until the curse passed. If it were a disease-curse, the affected would be placed into quarantine until either a cure was found or the curse ended.

Does that answer your question?

Yes it does. Thank you very much, Mister Tseng.

I have one more question, though: As you know, there are many people in the City who have abilities beyond the normal human capability. What is your opinion on these citizens? How should they be treated?

The same as any other citizen would be treated. Having abilities beyond the boundaries of what is normally possible is no reason they should be treated any differently.

Thank you, Mister Tseng, and I certainly agree that everyone must be treated equally.

I understand that someone else has nominated you. However, what about yourself? What is your purpose for accepting the nomination, for wanting to become a Warden?

The person who nominated me was someone from my world. As for me, I'm willing to trust his judgment in something like this, and I believe that the citizenry have the right to a warden who will care for both them and the City.

I see. Thank you very much for answering my questions, Mister Tseng. I wish you much luck in the Warden elections, and hope that you do care for the citizens, no matter if you do become the Warden or not.

It was no trouble. And I do; if I don't get elected here, I intend to join the police force.
