Know anyone who needs a home?

I'm looking to take in a roommate! 2 and 1/2 bedroom, 1 bath home in Gentilly, located right off Franklin Ave., 2 blocks from Gentilly Blvd. House is fully furnished with the exception of the room for rent. Washer and dryer, cable, internet, dishwasher, recycling, driveway or garage parking options, and central air and heat. There's a backyard and front porch, but the backyard really needs to be mowed. I'm a laid back night person, clean and tidy with 4 cats looking for someone who's also laid back and responsible. Clean would be nice too. Looking for around $700 a month, all utilities included (S&W, entergy, cable, recycling).
