BEST FUCKING DAY EVER
TODAY APRIL 27, 2007 IS GEOFFS BIRTHDAY
I had the best damn 24 hours possible. Ill just start at 730, I just got back from surfing and decided to sit around then go drink at Maddies little shin dig. Then at 11 a group of us decided to go join the fountain run. So I went with Nick and Ed tv then later met up with Aris and swam the Leavey fountain backstroking the whole way. I swallowed some brown water from the fountain but it was worth it. I then came home to a party that my roommate was throwing a party so I partied it up. The next morning I woke up at 1130 and did my job by setting up a table and sitting there. I then went to upstairs common and got a beer, appetizer combination platter, steak garganzola alfreado and a pineapple sorbet served in half a pineapple all courtesy of zoe, what a great human.
I then finished my tabling and went surfing with kris davis.
Paddling out there was a bitch, it was like half a mile out with waves crashing into me so it took me literally 20 minutes just to get out. So out there I noticed a guy with no fins and no board just hanging out with his arm in the air, I was thinking at first he was signalling a friend but his friend would need really good eyes and the non waving part was kinda odd. 10 minutes later with him just floating there and his arm in the air, I was like maybe this guy is in trouble so I swam to him which took about 3 minutes. As I got near he was like "Hey man im really tired can I hang on your board" I was like oh shit this guy was signalling for a lifegaurd cuz hes fucked. So I gave him my board and he told me that he got sucked out and was really tired. So I told him , "Yea dying out here would be a shitty death, kinda like a bug bite that gives you a disease and you die or something like that, " He didnt laugh. he was a longhaired stonerish 30 year old white guy that seemed like he wouldnt been laid back given different circumstances but he was pretty serious at the moment. So I had him grab my board and I told him that since I have energy that Ill just swim next to him and he can use my board and paddle in. So We went into shore and he thanked me and I went to surf again.
I then watched the simpsons.
