i got up and felt so fucked man. i opened up plato's thoughts on the soul, nothing special there, very disapointing. i've just been thinking so much about such things lately, since me and carl have had to immerse ourselves in that world. you see we're doing this interview with the people of a local christian youth center called "180". it's not like they have revolutionary ideas on god or the soul or anything, but having conversations with people like this every day and transcribing these interviews... well it's just forced me to dig deeper into the world of thought on these things. i'm trying to find proof that the soul exists, i'm going to look everywhere for that proof, with no bias towards either way.
right now i will hold that if there is such a thing as a soul, that still doesn't prove the existence of a god.
i got a package from daniel today! so that took my mind off of this shit. he sent me some of the joy division tape bootlegs, the first unicornacopia release! which i am so stoked about. he also sent me a mixed tape, which is awesome because he is the biggest record nerd in the world, and i love him!
