There are two ficticious people I really do look up to and admire.
Harlock, from the assorted Leiji Matsumoto comics/shows like Galaxy Express and...Captain Harlock, go figure. He's strong, silent, and introspective. He's the kind of person who accepts nothing less than what he wants, and refuses to compromise himself.
I admire...
-His resolve.
-His ability to stay himself, even when everything's falling apart.
-His passion for living and for the people he cares about.
-His integrity.
I wish...
-He could confide in others and tell them what he's thinking.
-The world would stop trying to hold him back.
-He could find the place he feels he belongs.
Lina Inverse, from Slayers. She's smart, sarcastic, and a little more than self-centered at times. She's the kind of person to do the right thing, but perhaps not for all the right reasons.
I admire...
-Her resolve to live with no regrets.
-Her ability to think on her feet.
-Her strength in the face of daunting obstacles.
-Her confidence.
I wish...
-She could see past certain superficial things.
-She could find herself beautiful the way she is.
-She were real.
Who are two of your biggest fictional role models? Why?
