(no subject)
The summer has been uneventful.
Since my last entry, school has finally ended.
I can't say I'm happy or sad about this seeing as I still have a year to go. Technically, because of the books I have to read for Ms. Wagner and Mr. Newswanger, school has not come to a close.
There is still much to do and write, not to mention memorize (for band).
I'm slightly stressed that I will be unable to finish all five English books, my AP Biology book (that I haven't even purchased yet), memorize band music, organize the basket bingo for the school's community service group I am now President of, and be able to work the fifty hour weeks at Twin Grove (this is not an exaggeration).
Meanwhile, rather than trying to complete some of these tasks, I sit on my lazy ass giving everyone who reads this a summary of my summer (which is equally as sucky, if not less-harsh than other angsty, ungrateful teenagers).
On to good news, I've found my dream car.
The part that's 100 % crap; it's 18,025 dollars!
How ridiculous :(
On the plus side, the salesman keeps coming down on the price; I choose to wait it out and hope he is willing to satify my cheap and stingy self.
This car also has a working radio, which is amazing.
I've had two cars, neither with a working radio.
It's very exciting; I'm sure I sound like the elderly who are fascinated by the simple technology in a cellular phone.
Moving on, I got my first paycheck over four-hundred dollars. This is somewhat impressive, but it's basically the only thing I'm proud of at the moment.
Twin Grove had its fireworks last night (Saturday), and I'm very upset to say that this is the third summer in which I worked and missed them (although last year I got to see two entire minutes worth).
When I clocked out tonight, I had 50.27 hours.
I was somewhat excited, but also frustrated that I have more hours than most of the full-time employees and all of the teenagers working there.
I guess I'll cease from boring and aggravating everyone; haha.
I have to get up early anyways (early is 9 am, it really is). :(
I only work at 11 am, but I'm too lazy to put my work shirt in the dryer right now, so I'm getting up early to do it.
Yes, it's pathetic.
I hope everyone is having a fantastic summer and all that good junk.
I'm really proud of myself for updating HAHA. :)
