I have a brand new community glittery_dollz I just opened and it's about glitter and doll graphics and Icons if anyone is interested in being a maker or mod let me know..

i got bored so i made this

I'm going to use that as a button on my user info for the comm. ok? i know it didn't come out good. but im trying to learn. the glitter part isnt as easy as i though it would be. plus i had to recolor the dolls shirts so they can match the fill. what do you think?

Where do you find a tutorial for that?

I've been trying to learn that for ages.

I'm not sure about the tutorials. I just learned by myself. Its not that hard. You just do the glitter first and add the dolls after. I just paste them on in animation shop.
