My holiday theme is the song "A question of heaven".   It fits perfectly Spike's journey.   This is a manip, the first ramble on the theme.
I also wrote an essay a while ago about the issue of Spike being forgiven and how his journey could be looked as a christian metaphorof the repentant sinner.  You can read it here if you are interested.  :)  Anyway,
