Franco Urru icons and New Year banners

Another last minute contribution! It's a big bunch of Spike icons based on the IDW comics artwork of Franco Urru, of whom I'm a big fan. This is a project I've been wanting to do for ages, and I'm glad I made it just in time for this year's Noel of Spike. To keep the icons relevant for the comm, I have given a few of them a New Year's theme. (I also snuck in one of Lorne only, just because I couldn't resist.)
