Explanation: In The Netherlands, our main December holiday besides Christmas is Sinterklaas (Saint Nicholas day), which we celebrate on the 5th of December. St Nicholas visits people's homes distributing presents with poems and surprises. The holiday also involves lots of special candies like chocolate letters and little chocolate St Nicholas figures. Normally, St Nicholas rides a white horse, not a bike :-)
