Today was awesome. I loved taking pictures of everyone in their outrageous costumes. There were the usual devils and man-whores (Lowell Escort Service) and fads (Napoleon Dynamite), but I did like the guy from the iPod commercial, Jane as "Reynolds Wrap," and the cars. It just felt so great to see everyone dressed up, except for my bio class. None of the freshmen dressed up and the only sophomores that did were Aza and I. What the hell?
My costume went pretty smoothly. "OHMYGOD!! CHARMAINE!! YOUR HAIR!! IT'S DOWN!!" I haven't let my hair down in six years, but it surprisingly turned out okay. It's not happening ever again though. Maybe if someone pays me. Everybody was in love with my scarf. Elizabeth was pulling me away from my friends as if she wanted to take me and my scarf home, and Amanda played with it during the rally. They thought it was brilliant that my mom was able to knit it in two days. Some even wanted one for themselves, but my mom said it would be too tiring for her. Oh yeah, and the tap shoes were so cool! I wanna learn now.
Aza was so scary as a countess/vampire. High-maintenance too. Her makeup took forever. Sophie, Linda, Aza, Leslie, and I totally hogged the girls' bathroom =P I don't really know why, but Sophie looked almost normal as a Renaissance peasant. Janay looked perfect as a jester. And Linda as Count Olaf with an almighty spork?
...Never again. Never.
AND ALL THE SLUTS AND HOES. UGHHHHHH. NO!!!!!
Now for another costume for Monday. What should I be??
