“I’m bored…” Shou exhaled his breath.
Tora smiled, and patted Shou’s head. He walked into the kitchen, and brought a cup of blood to Shou’s direction. Shou, still with his bored face, drank his blood slowly and put his cup on the table beside him. Tora cleaned the leftover and he slowly cleaned Shou’s lips and said,
“Well, this eternity is kind of boring for me. Wanna go somewhere? Killing the time as usual.” He kissed Shou’s lips, and brought two pieces of jackets.
Shou nodded. He walked slowly and then put his jacket on. He grabbed Tora’s arm, and both of them walked together. They walked together randomly because they did not have any desire to go anywhere far away from their mansion.
When they arrived at a certain hill near their mansion, they heard a strange voice. Tora sealed Shou’s lips with his finger when Shou nearly opened his lips and asked something. Tora walked slowly to the source of that voice. He was freezing after he realized what he heard.
That voice was the voice of a young boy. That boy was shivering and his condition was really bad. Shou gasped, and then held that boy and embraced him. That boy’s condition made Shou was kind of shivering. He could see fresh blood and many wounds on that boy’s body. Shou looked at Tora and Tora nodded.
They took that poor boy to their mansion. Shou was gently laying that poor boy on his bed. He asked Tora to bring warm water and clean towel. After he got what he want, he slowly cleaned that boy’s body.
Tora examined the wounds in silent. He could see many scratches, cuts, and bruises everywhere. He thought that boy might be the victim of robbery or something like that. He helped Shou to bandage the wounds, and then took the basin back to the kitchen.
He realized that Shou walked slowly behind him. Tora chuckled and then asked Shou.
“You are worried with that boy condition, right?”
Shou nodded, “Yeah, his condition is really bad. I wonder why he became like that.”
“Well, I can’t see the past. But actually you know the one who can see it.” Tora smiled, and took a cell phone and tossed it to Shou’s direction.
“Should I call your brother then?”
Tora nodded. Shou pushed number four on his cell phone and wait for the answer. It did not take so long and Shou heard the answer, “Do you want my help?”
Shou chuckled, “Nah, you always straight to the point ne, Reno-kun.”
Reno smiled and added, “I already knew what kind of elder you are. So, what do you want from me now? Should I come to your place?”
“Yes. I really need your help to investigate about someone’s past.”
“Who is that person?”
“A boy. I don’t know who he is, Tora found him when we strolled together. That boy’s condition really makes me worried. He got many wounds on his body. Cuts, bruises… and he was covered by blood when we found him.” Shou greeted his teeth. He felt really angry to whoever did those nasty things to that poor boy.
Reno nodded, “Okay, tomorrow morning I will be arrived at your place. Now, just try to heal his wounds. Tell my brother to heal that boy, he really knows what should he do.”
“Okay, thank you Reno, I’ll be waiting.”
Shou hung the phone and walked to his room. He walked to that boy’s direction. He was still asleep and looked peaceful. Some of his wounds looked better; Tora should be already healed some of his wound. Slowly, Shou caressed that boy’s cheek and whispered,
“Take care and please do not die. I don’t know who you are, but I already feel that somehow you have connection with me. I will protect you no matter what happened.” then, he kissed that boy’s forehead.
He left his room silently, and walked into the library. There must be many things to do now. He must investigate about that boy.
Moreover, if the condition became worse, he must choose the most painful solution that he really did now want to do. He might kill the one who hurt that boy. Then, Shou closed his eye, and blinked it.
A deep crimson red eye was glowing in the dark.
Tora only nodded when he felt Shou’s anger. No one could stop Shou this time. No one could make Shou changed his decision. Slowly, Tora smiled. This was getting interesting. The elder was awaked. Vampire world would not be the same right now. The last elder already made his decision, and Tora would be following this game and he might be enjoying this game.
It had been too long, since he got this kind of feeling. Tora licked his lips, and wondered what would happen this time. He closed his bedroom door, and lied on his huge bed. Smile never left his lips. Shou already choose his decision. And so did Tora, he will follow this game and did not care with what would happened then.
