how to manage the messy hdd?

Yay!
Finally, i have my new External Hard Drive organized xD
I got it like 3 weeks ago and i didn't know how to manage my messy files.

there're 4 big FOLDERS:
Kanjani8
Arashi
My Music
My Picture (My Photography)
My Video (Some Series)

There're some folders in K8 and Arashi folder
- Picture ( with some little folders in it ^^; mag, shop photo, pamphlet, misc,...)
- video (each program in each folder)

okay, okay...  it's not completely organized but it's better to seperate the type of files.

i'm still thinking of the better way..
