So, the girlfriend's mother is in town, and she needed to use a computer today. No problem. Use the laptop, log in under the guest account.
Yeah... That didn't go so well.
She opened like 2 or 3 attachments directly out of Yahoo! Mail, and one of them killed my anti-virus program. When I say killed it, I mean it took online support 45 minutes to come to the conclusion a total uninstall/installation was the only solution.
Irritating. Extremely, extremely irritating.
I've got everything back now, and the fully updated software didn't find any residual viruses, or spyware.
