WEEARGH
So, I joined a not quite open um.. "Breedable Pet site" known as The World of Ai. It's a very nifty place I found off of Wajas(another Breedable Pet site) that has these humanoid thing called "Ai", they have furry lower legs and hooves as well as ears and tails and other various things like that. Anyway, I've been stalking the place for a couple of months and am very much looking forward to it opening. ^-^
But the big thing here is that I get to meet the head artist on the 17th! :bounces: She lives up in Bend, OR where we have work that day. Will be doing lunch/dinner thing and getting free arts of my Ai. Elfykins of course will be coming as she's just as obsessed as I am. :laughs:
For those who are looking for a pet site where you can do more then just adopt and feed pets(and I guess dress them up now..thanks Neopets..x-x) I would suggest looking into PonyIsland if you like horses and have money. You can breed and contest your ponies. Wajas is a place for those who are fond of more dog like critters. They have wolf like things and something that is more or less a Corgi, very cute. Unfortunately they are down right now as the site got hacked, but it shouldn't be too much longer before they are back up. You can breed Wajas and equip various items to them and not a whole lot else but it's fun enough. It's fairly easy to make money there. And of course there is The World of Ai. This is were the aforementioned humanoid like things will live. It's not up yet but will be very soon(next weekend I believe) and in the mean time you can browse the forums which will show you all the various different types of Ai and the like and let you get a good feel for what will be there when it is open. I know you'll be able to breed them and equip them with items, I'm not sure what else.
And in the ARGH news..LJ ate my new layout. :beats it with a stick:
