whee updates
Well, I've been having a fun week. XD I'm still pretty sick, I spend more time asleep then really doing anything else, but such is life. Mum's laptop is still dead and I'm really not looking forward to telling her about it. -_- Our phones are still not working and my Tracphone apparently needs a new SiM card, which they are going to be sending to me sometime soonish, but considering it took them two days just to tell me that much, I'm not going to hold my breath.
I've officially quit NaNo. I was excited about it earlier in the year, but once it started I just found myself feeling a bit blah about it. What was supposed to be fun became a chore far too quickly. With my busy work filled and sick filled life I don't really have the want to mess with it anyway. Perhaps things will go better next year, or I'll just write at some random point in the future. I'm not really sure. My congrats go out to shoe of you who are doing so well! I'm really impressed. ^-^
Anyway, computer has a new videocard now, it solved all the random issues I was having, which is very nice. It also means that I can play NWN2 now, yay! I haven't yet, because I spent most of yesterday sleeping and the rest of it watching the Spongebob marathon on Nick. :cough: 3am Sponge for the win. XD
And that is all for now. Aniki gets paid today, and having money again will be good. :nod: I need to pay various bill type things..at least all the super expensive stuff is out of the way, hurrah! It's also really cold and wet here, apparently parts of the county are actually flooding! Of course that's not a surprise since we had such a super dry summer and all. :shrug: I don't think we need to worry about it here, I'm just glad it's not snowing.
