Tyki Mikk is known as the "Noah of Pleasure", living in the rich district with the rest of the Noah family. He's a businessman, allowing him to gain a lot of power to do what he wants (though he never really made it a habit to take advantage of it). Most of the time, he would dress up as a hobo and sneak into the poor district. There, he's mostly known as "Tyk" - a name that wouldn't make people suspicious and have him associated with the businessman in the rich district.
In the poor district, "Tyk" is a well-known gambler. He would constantly play poker with others though it's very rare that he loses. Tyki would only stay there to keep an eye on how well the Akuma virus is progressing.
Mostly lazy and unmotivated, Tyki doesn't care much about what happens, especially about humans.
As a Noah, Tyki's able to phase through solid objects and stand on surfaces that's impossible - such as on thin air and water. When he was sixteen, the Earl gave him Tease - mechanical golems that take the shape of butterflies.
