Minerva, you know very well how many times I have put in a requisition for further wards to be put on my Tower, and you know very well how many times you have claimed it unnecessary. As Deputy Headmistress, I would expect that if you found my methods of security so unsavoury, you would actually do something about it for once, rather than laughing behind your hand.

And, Minerva. While I understand that wrestling with Mrs. Norris has become your idea of a fashionable evening, the rest of this school (Headmaster and Trelawney, of course, excluded) are still young and enjoy standard evening activities. Surely you understand how this sounds to the rest of us.
