Who I am
Since I have made some new friends here on livejournal, I think I'll tell them a little about myself. Starting with some facts:
-I'm a virgo, though I really don't fit the descrption. I just born in the month under virgo.
-I'm adopted...by my grandparents, but it still counts. I have surrogate parents.
-I'm a democrat, i've never voted for a republican and I don't intend to.
-I am the youngest of three children, and sometimes I hate it.
-I love cats. I prefer them to dogs.
-I have a weakness for puppy love (first love--you get it), any movie that shows this, has my attention, this goes for anime too. I don't know why.
-I have a vast knowledge of pop culture...even if i've never seen the movie or know what the actor looks like, i can tell you things about them.
-I'm very critical of movies, damn straight
-I refuse to like a movie just because I think the main actor is hot (Like Zac Efron)
-I refuse to hate a movie because the actor wasn't hot (Like that asshole from Twilight)
-I kissed a chick once (...but the question is: did I like it?)
-I've never kissed a boy (totally want to)
Some things about fandoms:
-Zuko is actually not my favorite Avatar: the Last Airbender character. My favorite character is Sokka. Yes, I talk about Zuko more because I am studying his character arc. I find Zuko to be a very compelling character. All the characters in the show have depth, but Zuko, I think is the most complex. I'm a writing, I study character closely. Don't get me wrong, I do like Zuko very much, but it took a while for him to win me over; I liked Sokka immediately. Aang, Zuko, and Katara had to win me over. Also, Zuko is voiced by Dante Basco, and everyone knows he was the fantasic Rufio in Hook. Along with being a firebender, that fact makes him awesome.
-I didn't like Katara at first. I didn't hate her, but I am very critical of female characters in shows. By the middle of book one, and the episode where Katara stole the waterbending scrolls, I saw a side of her I hadn't seen before. It opened my eyes to her character and gradually I grew to like her. Plus, water is my element so it was only natural that i would like her eventually.
Sometimes, I don't like to spoil my favorites so I won't talk about them much. I talk about all the others instead. I like Sokka a lot. I don't want to spoil my like for him by raving about him all the time.

Okay seriously, that's a lot of ships. Wow, I have no life. Though some mean more to me than others. These are mostly canon things I agree with. I didn't include guilty pleasures or all of my fandoms.
