Mm, so I'm thinking of holding an open day in my classroom.  I've never had very many students, and having my classroom half-empty all the time is a bit depressing.  So what does everyone think about the door being left open and maybe some snacks and a bowl of punch and all of you come look at instruments in progress and see if anyone's interested

That said, you'll get people coming by to drink your drink and eat your food and leave, unless the class itself is interesting you're out of luck.
