So despite training for it all my life, I don't think I have a future as a professional chocolate taster. Seriously though, I had a go at taste testing as overseen by a nice French lass who appears to have stepped out of a whimsical art house movie. It was quite interesting all in all but I'm left with the conclusion I do not have a particuarly refined palate. Still, free chocolate is free chocolate.
