Cranberry Shortbread
CRANBERRY SHORTBREAD
Christmas is here!!!! and i had to prepare some stuffs for everyone around me and as usual, i go by my default, baking things as gifts. My theme this year would be shortbread! I prepared basic shortbread-plain and topped with cinnamon sugar and cranberry shortbread!
Do check them out, i have let my friends try them and surprisingly, they liked it! hah.. My mum and brother think that the basic shortbread is good, although my brother thinks that they are not sweet enough, but then my brother is one that is able to eat milk tissue prata all by himself!! So hos sugar limit is more than a normal person can take.. hah.. anyways, these items are added to the nuber of items on the list to be sold!
These few buttons of buttery and sweet goodness will be enjoyed almost anywhere and anytime. An the worst thing is that they are uber addictive! These snacks will do as a good gift or a snack at home, to pull you through till your dinner time, or you can munch on them while studying.
