got the last peice of my costume today, thrift store plus loss of weight equals new costume idea. it will be a good costume im sure
cooking tonight
summer squash with dill and various other seasonings
rice and vermicelli with onions and chicken broth
roasted fresno peppers stuffed with tuna mix
i wanted to make some pepper infused olive oil and saw jamie oliver do it one night, he took his peppers afterwards and stuffed them in a jar with anchovies and some herbs and used them to top sandwiches.
i decided to make it a dish by mixing some tuna and bread crumbs a little lemon juice and some egg to really bind it and then stuff the peppers and then roast them a bit to get the egg cooked through. a cool dipping sauce is peaking in the back of my head and wants to come out. i havent decided yet.
