35 reps on the pushup machine, 40lbs
60 reps on the crunch machine, 70lbs
2:15 on the eliptical machine (at least I think that's what it is called)
35 minutes on the treadmill, progressed up to the point I was speed 2.7 on a 3% incline
Still trying to gauge where my progress has dropped to, but so far..I'm relatively pleased that I'm at least at the point I was at when I was a month into beginning working out. So I haven't reverted to quite as bad as I thought I might have.
