Exercise: It Continues!

I did not break my new year's resolution two weeks in a row. I exercised tonight.

35 minutes total: 28.5 @ 5% incline, 2.9 speed; 1.5 minutes 2% incline, 3.5 speed and jogging; 5 minutes 0% incline, 2.8 speed cooldown

4 x 20reps on abdominal machine, 90lbs
5 x 10reps on pushup machine, 50lbs
3 x 15reps on hamstring machine, 60lbs

I can utterly tell how much of a slacker I've been lately. That workout kicked my butt.

EDIT, 6:37pm: In fact, I even have the summary of tonight's workout: It kicked my butt, took my name, and said, "Gee, kid, I know you're cute and fun and all, but seriously...come back when you're not a pansy."
