Hawaii Five-0… Seriously?
I saw episode 22 of Hawaii Five 0 last night and… and… it was freaking awesome. The storyline with Kono? I am at a loss for words. I remember squealing when they showed that first sequence, and thinking; now that came out of the left field. Well done show. Well done.
I personally love it. Although, at one point, I felt uneased by the possibility that it could be a story line developed to eventually kill off my beloved rookie cop (though after two years, would you still be considered a rookie?), especially considering the spoilers that’s been floating around of the team losing one of their own. I hope not. I know that they are bringing in Catherine onto the team in a supposedly ‘organic way’ (me like) but they cannot lose Kono. Just, no.
Hi Adam, good to see you back, you sexy you… For some reason I drew a parallel between Adam Noshimuri and Michael Corleone in the sense that if I remember it correctly (which I should since I’ve read those books more times then I got fingers) Michael wanted to turn things legit. I was worried for a while that he was playing Kono (and not in a good sense) but the look that passed between them in the last scene and what he did for her makes me think: no, he is most definitely not. I could be wrong but I hope not.
What I want now is fics, so it’s time to troll the net to see if anyone has been awesome enough to already write some A and K fics. Pretty please?
I know I should be all over Steve in this post as he is without a doubt my favorite character but for some reason when I think of the episode Kono’s thread is the one that sticks out for me.
One thing is for sure. I’ll be watching it again once I get back home.
