[ CHARACTER INFORMATION ]

Name: Amélie Cooper (Seychelles) - as a note Seychelles has no canon human name, this is one I have made up myself

Age: Appearance - 17
Independence - July 20 1976 (34 years old)
First Sighting - 1507 (507 years old)
First Colonization - 1756 (254 years old)

One again, being that she is a country age is an iffy thing, so to keep things to it's simplest form I'd say 300, a little before she was colonized.

Gender: Female
Fandom: Axis Powers Hetalia
Timeline: 2010
History: The History of Seychelles. I also got a lot of info from the links here

Character Personality: Seychelles, or Amélie as is her human name isn't exactly like the type of girl she looks like. Bubbly, sweet, naive. These are adjectives someone may get from her, but they don't really fit.

It is true that she has a big heart. Like most Amélie doesn't really like seeing others hurt, and she would do anything to avoid hurting others whom she is on good terms with, but for the most part she doesn't let this show and only acts cordially. She is rather simple in many ways.

She doesn't ask for much, she isn't particularly materialistic, and is quite sensible when it comes to running a household and caring for others. The thing about Amélie is that while she is kind and friendly, she isn't particularly extroverted. Some could almost go as far as to say that she is a hermit. She dislikes being around strangers and due to her isolationist ways many people, even other countries are strangers to her. She does realize this about herself, but doesn't particularly make much effort to hide it. Kind as she can be she doesn't seem to really think highly of the world as a whole--has a bit of a jaded outlook on it really.

Not only that but she completely lacks the confidence in herself in being able to do anything, or interact with people in a reasonable manner. She's her own worst critic, and becomes easily frustrated over things. It probably doesn't help that while she is polite to others she can be a little judgmental. Not necessarily in a bad way but she's constantly evaluating what people do--it's perhaps a result of her not speaking or voicing things as much. There's a lot always going on in that mind of hers and only a tiny portion that ever comes out.

When it does however, oh boy. Benign demeanor completely disappears and you better be ready for quite the verbal assault. Unfortunately she can be quite a doormat so it takes a lot for this to come out...

!!! - As a note I got most of her personality from the game Gakuen Hetalia where she is the protagonist. My analysis comes from quotes and what I take of them which can be found here.

Character Abilities: She grew up on and island, and for many years was pretty much by herself so she's got more strength in that body than what one might think--even more so she's pretty quick on her feet and agile. She's got great survival skills and is pretty good at knowing how to go about things in the wild.

She's pretty good at dancing, singing, and in general crafting things large and small.

She also seems to have a bit of magic but it's only briefly touched on in canon.

Character Weaknesses: Unlike many of the other countries, being an island means she hasn't been through many wars, and so she doesn't have their experience. She really is incredibly young compared to most of them.

Also, despite her kind nature, she really isn't much of a people person and doesn't really like to be around them all that much which will be a detriment to her in a place like Death City--especially on top of having to get use to being a human.

[ WEAPON SECTION ]

Why your character should be a Weapon: Cause I filled up my Meisters 8( Amélie isn't particularly assertive. She has a protective nature, yes, but she just isn't one to lead. As a country her people are the ones whom she is completely devoted to, and once she allows herself to open up whoever should become her partner will probably take their place.

What is your character's Weapon form?: Seychelles is a long bow that looks like this. It's made of a strong material so it can also serve as a blunt weapon, and it's string can detach on one end and elongate to a limit of seven feet---it is strong and Sey can control it.

It's primary purpose is of course to shoot arrows manifested from her soul and which can come in four forms:

Blue Arrow: a shot with the element of water--its temperature can be change to make it into a hard ice before or after impact. Doesn't necessarily have to be an arrow.

Pink Arrow: Seychelles is a matriarchal society, and so when this is shot it's target is turn into a woman for a 1-7 day period.

Black Arrow: inflicts damage like a regular arrow but also temporarily weakens target.

White Arrow: heals and temporarily strengthens target.

[ SOUL INFORMATION ]

Soul Description: introverted, motherly, pessimistic, diffident, provincial, pliant

Soul Appearance: A very, very light blue orb with a fish tail. Has hair in two pigtails and its expression has a very small, uncertain smile.

[ SAMPLES ]

First Person: [a small, quiet voice comes through the feed]

I really do not understand at all what is going on here. Some red-haired guy spoke on that telly--television, whatever, and I got these weird mirror shoved at me. It's suppose to be for talking with others? Okay I can understand that but what is all this about a war?

I don't really know much about that stuff. I'm just an island so I never had to bother with that sort of unpleasantness much before, so I honestly do not know what you expect me to do.

Third Person: This place may have not been as hot has her homeland, but it made up for in by having no ocean, or even body of water anywhere in sight

Amelie was positively miserable. Nowhere to swim, no where to fish, a city much to urban for her to be anywhere near urban and to top it all off she was in a war and human.

That last bit stuck in her. Human. That was what the others had said and if it hadn't been for the fact that she cold no longer feel her people she wouldn't have believed it. The very idea made her shudder. Amelie knew that she wasn't very involved with others, but her people were an entirely different matter. Not being them, not being a part of them made her lose the one thing she cared most about and it instilled a great sense of emptiness that gnawed away at her.

It was perhaps the hardest thing of getting use to all this.

...well. That and she was now enrolled in a school full of a bunch of freaks. For some reason she was getting a strange feeling of deja vu...
