I love your "essays of feedback" they are awesome. I'm truly flattered that anything I write creates such an impression for people to bother with such feedback so big big thanks, truly.

Also, sorry that the chapter was not fluffy for the Corrie scene. I basically included it because it was the one fluffy bit in a pretty dark chapter.

At the risk of sounding big-headed, I'm quite proud of this chapter.I wasn't expecting so many comments (here and elsewhere) referencing the drug aspect. I suppose it stands to reason as Cheryl fans know she has been very outspoken against drugs.

IDK - I just don't think it's a big stretch that a superstar - any superstar - with a certain kind of lifestyle and lots of disposable cash would end up in a sitaution like this at some point.

Of course, I'm not saying the real-life Cheryl has by any means, but I know first hand how when it comes to drugs people can have one rule for themselves and another for everyone else. ie heroin= dirty, nasty, life-destroying evil, coke=recreational, I dabble etc. I'm not saying it's right or it's true, just plausible.

This whole fic Cheryl has been nervy, impulsive, anxious and with a dregree of self-loathing. It's a change from how I've written her before and I really love flawed Cheryl so thank you for sticking with it and we'll see if she makes it out the other side.
