Okay, so
lazarus_girl posted about this show earlier, which suggests that evidently I am not the only one enjoying it. True, it's very BBC wholesome and there is a woeful lack of Cheryl Cole and instead we get the rather dour replacement of arch-nemsesis Charlotte Church (who, I'm guessing is permanently hungover when she appears cos given her rep as the opera-kid turned wildchild this girl barely emotes beyond mild surprise and that's when she bothers to say anything at all).
So.... we're getting down to the sharp(ish) end of the draw, and the internet is abuzz with who's gonna play Dorothy and if Andrew Lloyd Webber is favouring one girl inparticular to the point of stage-managering the entire show around her. Hint: It's Danielle.
Which is a pretty moot point because a)girl in question has had some pretty piss poor song choices to contend with up until now and b)she really is the best so I don't care who cried as they got sent off and who had a shitty song this week. Let her win! Please! I might actually want to see this show when it comes out, and I'm certainly not shelling out £60 to see Jessica clomping around the stage while gurning for England.
Anyway, here's Danielle being awesome from last Saturday, singing Mambo Italiano
