Merry Christmas

I'm in Iowa with my Mom and brother, enjoying speaking English without apology, drinking beer and eating all the pancakes I can. I hope you're all similarly relaxed and happy this holiday. There's a rumor it will snow tonight, and that would delight me. My best gift is not really a gift per se, but I found out when I got home that Sally Beth has started taking piano lessons. She's terrible, but it's so sweet mom wants to try something new.
