::yawwwwn::: today I slept till 10 a.m. which probably doesn't sound like a real feat to tackle but I can never sleep past, like, 7:30 so it was a big accomplishment for me. hurrah. Last night was the Melee cd release show! I rushed over to meet Anita at mexicasa after internship duties (which now apparently include driving my boss dude to the mechanic? it was neat though, we finally got to talk about how he got started and about the shins and stuff. end parentheses.). It only took me one hour to get to anaheim from l.a. though! that was pretty fantastic as was mexicasa. then off to the show where we had to park in the boonies and hang around feeling old. Oh well, it was for a good cause. then we went inside and saw miss sarah and kelsey from school. and then i just started seeing a bunch of people i knew which hasn't happened in awhile. this entry is coming out boring though, suffice to say it was a really fun night and i got to catch up with cool peeps like lauren (that rave's soon, right?), jonna, and david del taco. and the boys did so good!! if you are into stuff like the vans warped tour you should go see them. if not then just pick up their new album next week.
