I wish I could be one of those people that just knew what the kids were listening to- the good kids that is. Luckily I have Jinra who I have commissioned to make me a monthly, or bi-monthly if need be, compilation album featuring the latest tunes from around the globe. Or at least from around her computer's catalog of mp3's. I had the pleasure of listening to some of it this weekend in her car which smelled of strawberries. Strawberries have been some sort of theme this weekend actually, I had some on Friday then some yesterday as a topping on a funnel cake. That's right, a funnel cake. It was delicious even if it did look like bloody internal organs. (bloody as in actual blood not how the English might use it.) It was hot. And packed. Oh, at Disneyland I mean, I might have forgotten to mention that. I had fun breaking up fights between the Isaacs though and being momentarily stuck in a Doom Buggy with two sweet and fine ladies. (here's lookin at
you, kids.) Also, I got out of paying a $10 parking fee by producing fake tears and telling the parking attendant dude I'd lost my non-existant receipt that was needed to get my ticket validated. You were right, Jonna, they are strict now.
My homework is all printed out now and I have a breakdown of the first act of my upcoming feature film (as yet to be sold, written, or been thought about thoroughly.) I know you are all dying to see it on screen and maybe if I decide to sell my soul to the Hollywood machine your dreams will come true. Until then you will just have to hope that "starsky & hutch" delivers.
