day after day...
well, i finally got my NO, even though he never really said no...he knew that i already knew. he told me it came down to me and the person who got it, so i was that close, but close doesn't cut it. though i'm disappointed that i didn't get it, i'm less bitter about the decision. however, i did have a very interesting conversation with the manager. he has opened my eyes to something that i plan to pursue. i never would've thought he and i would have had such a serious conversation nor would i have thought he would help me make such an important decision.
besides work issues, i don't really have much else goin on. i received a notice from IUS today that i owe a $20 parking fee. what the hell?!?! so i have to call them tomorrow and find out what's goin on with that.
my best friend and her husband finally got their new home that they've been in the process of buying since the beginning of the year. they got the keys on Friday, and after being stuff onthe side of the road for 3 hours in their piece of shit U-Haul, they got all moved in besides a few odds and ends on Saturday. so Crystal and i are gonna spend the next few days trying to get some things unpacked.
