What would your dream occupation be?

[OOC] This one is going to have to be in third person. Caleb refuses to talk about it.[/OOC]

When Caleb was very young, his grandfather sat him down one day and made it clear to him what was expected from his life.

"You're going to be a man of the cloth one day, boy. Take away the shame your slut of a mother brought on this family. You hear me?"

Caleb had nodded dutifully and taken it to heart. He'd spent the next fifteen years working towards that goal. His life's dream. Expiate his family's shame and make his grandfather proud. That was before he realized how wrong he'd been, all along. Before he met the First.

The old man had a - literal - stroke the day he heard Caleb had been defrocked. He'd been in the act of reaching for his shotgun at the time, seemingly determined to root the shame out of the family one way or another. Of course, Caleb was long gone by the time the ambulance arrived, having only waited long enough to call it. He'd wanted to tell the old man of his change in direction to his face - he owed him that, after all.

Caleb has a new dream job now. He doesn't want to rule the world, lord no. Too much hard work, keeping it all in line.

No. He'll settle for being the ruler's right-hand man.
