Something about organic chemistry brings people together. I guess the hours of suffering and studying together constitutes as bonding. And now whenever I think bonding, I think sp, sp2, and sp3. I've gotten to know so many people lately whom I never would have known had it not been for the hours outside of Dr. Doig's office or in the library. Hell, in all four of my other classes combined, I know the names of a total of four people - all of whom I've met before I even took the classes. But organic's different. At the most stressful points of my semester, I found people who were stressing over the same stuff, and we helped each other through all that - be it encouraging words or tequila shots.
