Thinking back to last year at New Year's ---What Was I Doing?
Oh, yeah, sitting at home with the parents, wishing I was spending the time with a guy who I didn't realize never liked me, dreading the return to school, and just not seeing how much different my life could possibly be. I don't want to say I was pessimistic, but I felt in a standstill. I didn't feel like I had accomplished alot that year, so it was wrapping up just a mediocre 365days.
THIS YEAR, WOW. It's amazing how different everything, and I mean EVERYTHING! I was in Philadelphia with some of the most amazing new people and we rung in the New Year on one bed, 7 of us. People I didn't know last year, or people I didn't expect to be friends with again. ....Oh, and not to mention Mr. Paul Williams, my amazingly wonderful and irritatingly charming boyfriend who DOES adore me.
So in 2005 -----
School for the beginning of the year was great and Vertebrate Zoology was this absolutely amazing class! I felt like I was learning something for once. (well Botany too, but that wasn't that year!) I moved out of my parents house, which was a difficult but necessary move. I took a semester off and started working. Work where I met some of my greatest and newest friends! I turned 21. I got my license. I found an amazing boyfriend, who practically fell in my lap and luckily he stayed right there. It's going on 6 months now and I'm just flat out smitten with my shnooookums. I just.....I can't believe that I ended up where I currently am! I can't wait to see what this next year brings! AAAAmazing. The end.
