Considering Riku is only 16...well, Anthy is "14" but not necessarily. Don't really see Riku as a professor though, so I'll go with Anthy.

3. 12 sends 8 on a mission. What is it, and does it succeed?
Phoenix Wright sends Gunter on a mission? I WANT TO SEE THIS FIC ALMOST AS MUCH AS A PHOENIX WRIGHT/TRAUMA CENTER CROSSOVER.
Okay, here's what happens (yes I'll answer the question eventually): Yuuri is visiting Earth and Gunter went with him for some reason. Then Yuuri gets framed for murder. Somehow the murder is related to Shin Makoku or demons in general. So his brother goes to Bob saying "Help me get my little brother out of this mess!" It just so happens that Bob knew Mia Fey, because he'd hired her because of some legal issue before. Or maybe he knows of the Feys because there's some contrived reason for Bob, the Maou of Earth, to have worked with spirit mediums. Since Mia's gone now, they end up approaching Phoenix Wright.
Phoenix is quickly convinced of Yuuri innocence because, well, he's Yuuri. But Yuuri and Gunter both have Pysche-Locks! They are hiding something! So Phoenix breaks the Psyche-Locks and finds out about Shin Makoku, the Maou, and demons. Maya reassures him that his client is not crazy and that yes, there are demons, but Yuuri and his friends are nice demons. Phoenix is all "WTF" but then he just accepts it, because in court he regularly gets help from spirit mediums; who's he to decide that demons and other worlds don't exist? Phoenix takes the case and starts investigating, and Gunter insists on helping ("For the sake of His Majesty! T_T").
The "mission" he sends Gunter on is, of course, an evidence-gathering mission. Maybe Gunter has to search for clues in Shin Makoku, while Phoenix and Maya take care of things Earthside. Of course, they can't reveal Shin Makoku's existence in court, but they still want to find anything that might help their case. Gunter finds something that seems useless at first, but then in court Phoenix figures out that it's actually the key to the whole case by trial and error and restarting the game a lot adding up the contradictions in the witness testimonies. So Gunter's mission is a success, the real killer is found, and Yuuri goes free. :D
4. What is or would be 9's favorite book?
I...don't know. I can't guess what he'd read for entertainment.^^; He'd probably a cookbook of baking recipes though.
5. Would it make more sense for 2 to swear fealty to 6, or the other way around?
Depends. Ace would swear fealty to Anthy if she became a pirate and proved to be even more impressive than Whitebeard, Luffy, and Shanks combined. From Rose Bride to Pirate Queen, not bad. XD Anthy would swear fealty to Ace if he won her in a duel. It wouldn't be real fealty though.
6. For some reason, 5 is looking for a roommate. Should s/he share a studio apartment with 9 or with 10?
Utena should pick Katsuya for her roomie. She could be all "Hey, Mr. Cool Detective!" Plus, he can bake. But it might be more interesting to see her room with Lelouche. Another manipulator for her to get tangled up with.^^;
7. 2, 7 and 12 have dinner together. Where do they go, and what do they discuss?
Ace, Pel (not the One Piece one), and Phoenix Wright go to...well, I'd guess they'd go to a burger joint. Pel might be in the mood for something classier though. They could go to a really good burger joint.^^; Ace would fall asleep at the table, Pel would say things without really saying things, and Phoenix would probably go "Uh...okay" and have some sarcastic commentary running through his head.
8. 3 challenges 10 to a duel. What happens?
Khaavren vs. Lelouche? Sword duel or mecha duel? In each case, a different character would have a definite advantage.^^; Now if it were a mental duel, Lulu would probably win, but Khaavren might come up with something unexpected, so who knows how that would play out. Of course, the short answer is "Lelouche uses the Geass on Khaavren."
Now Lulu vs. Pel in a battle of wits, THAT I'd like to see (hopefully it wouldn't end right away with "Lelouche uses the Geass on Pel").
9. If 1 stole 8's most precious possession, how would s/he get it back?
If Fakir stole Gunter's most precious possession...what IS Gunter's most precious possession? ^^; Anyway, either 1) Gunter would flail around comedically and someone else (Yozak? Yuuri? Would they even bother?) would steal it back, or 2) Gunter would go all badass and have a dramatic sword fight with Fakir.
10. Suggest a title for a story in which 7 and 12 both attain what they most desire.
...okay, I'm stumped. Probably "Turnabout (insert cleverly written Dumas-style prose)"
11. What kind of plot device would you use if you wanted 4 and 1 to work together?
I think first we'd need a dimensional portal and maybe a time machine to get Fakir and Oscar in one place. And then...um...I don't know why'd they'd work together, but it would involve swords, ballet, and writing.
12. If 7 visited you for the weekend, how would you get along?
I think I'd find him intimidating (too...Yendi XD). At least he'd be polite.
13. If you could command 3 to perform any one task or service for you, what would it be?
I'd ask Khaavren to teach me to fight with a sword.

So Phoenix would say "Well, if no one else is taking it." Then Chu-chu pops out from wherever on Anthy's person he was hiding and gobbles it up before Phoenix can. Anthy scolds Chu-chu but smiles as she does it, while the others sweatdrop.

I did actually write a joke summary for this crack crossover of doom, but I'm the only one who's familiar with everything in it so its really just kinda long and boring. >_>

Either Gunter or Pel would be good to have with me, but I'd prefer Gunter because he has sword skillz and mazoku skillz. But I'd feel safest with Ace, because his devil fruit powers would freak anyone out.
