Oh god we live right beside the UK why isn't it out til Thursday why isn't it out LAS WANT. And because I know perfectly well OotP's too long, I don't give a damn about how often they get out the secateurs!

I do love me some Draco, but he does fuck-all in OotP anyway. But as per my last post... do we get Snape's Worst Memory? Do we? PLEEEEEAASE tell me yes!

Oh, yeah, baby. Helena Bonham Carter is DIVINE as Bellatrix, batshit crazy and beautiful. It's especially fun watching her interact with Lucius, who would obviously like to slap her with a cruciatus curse just for chuckles.

Unfortunately, Voldie (sigh) does not sweep her into his arms when they make their final getaway. She goes up a flue.

Yes, Snape's Worst Memory is there, but it goes by fastfastfast in true flashback mode. And Harry sees it in Snape's mind, not in a pensieve. But we get the gist: James Potter = sneering brunet version of Draco. Snape = HANDSOME MARTYR OMG.

God, I can't wait. I have a feeling I'm going to like this one twice as much as all the rest, just because the themes of the book will translate so well to the screen, whereas the book itself deserves cutting so much.

You know... I think I'm justified in seeing it IMMEDIATELY and not waiting until a friend of mine is back in the country in the weekend so's we can organise an outing. Because I'm totally going to see it more than once anyway. :)

Yes. And this is what makes me just *hope* that in DH, JKR has Regulus live die soar up to his potential as an Interesting Character.

He was, the poor woobie. I didn't even see him on the Family Tree (but it's kinda ok as nobody mentioned that Tonks was his cousin either, and Remus was all wrapped around Sirius in one of the early Grimmauld Place scenes) but how are they going to end Movie 6 without some mention of RAB? I have a feeling Remus may be pulled in to emote from the Dept. of Backstory.
